Starting from September 25 2025, the Chinese Embassy in Lebanon will resume its consular services including passport, visa, notarization, consular authentication, marriage registration, and consular certification services.

To apply for a visa, please complete the online form at http://cova.cs.mfa.gov.cn.

Ordinary passport holders should submit their applications at the Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Beirut. Holders of diplomatic, official, or special passports, or those applying for diplomatic, courtesy, or official Chinese visas, as well as passport, notarization, consular legalization, marriage registration, or consular certification services, please submit your applications directly to the Embassy.

No appointment is required at the Service Center. However, during the initial period of resumption of services, there may be a large number of applicants during peak hours. Applicants are advised to submit applications according to their needs to avoid the crowd.
