From now on, the Chinese embassy in Lebanon will suspend the processing of passports, visa issuance, notarization, consular authentication, marriage registration and consular certification services. The embassy will continue to issue needed travel documents for the Chinese citizens in Lebanon.

Visa applications for Lebanese nationals (including temporary visitors) who can legally enter Egypt or Jordan, as well as consular authentication services for urgent and necessary matters, will be handled by the Chinese embassies in Egypt and Jordan.
