二、时间：2019年12月8日上午,抽签时间10:30，比赛时间11:00

三、地点：贝鲁特Coral Beach Hotel

四、参赛条件

　　参赛选手须是具有黎巴嫩国籍的在校学生。

　　报名时间从报名通知发出之日起，报名截止日期为2019年11月20日。报名时选手须提供报名表（附后）、学生证照片、黎身份证或护照照片以及约2分钟的自录汉语普通话唱歌视频。材料发送至邮箱: beirut@chinaculture.org 或 812141993@qq.com

五、赛制和比赛形式等

（一）初选：使馆根据选手报名时提供的材料确定选手参赛资格，根据提供的视频等选出20人参加决赛。

（二）决赛：单场比赛、现场评分、现场颁奖。决赛分13岁及以上青少年组和13岁以下儿童组。参赛选手自选汉语普通话歌曲现场独唱，每人限一首，可清唱，可自带伴奏带或现场伴奏、伴舞。

（三）视报名情况决赛设一二三等奖若干，颁发获奖证书和奖品,报名但未入围者发纪念品。
